Ente Palio delle Barche
The Palio delle Barche Organization, a key player in organizing the event for years, wishes to express its sincere gratitude to all those who, over the years, have contributed with commitment and passion to the growth of the Palio, making possible the journey that has led us to this day.
Special thanks go to Renata Bufoli and Paolo Castellani, the event's creators, and to Stefano Baldoncini, Passignano's historic narrator, who has dedicated himself to maintaining the interest and involvement of the entire community.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to all those who work behind the scenes throughout the year to make the Palio week eventful, meticulously curated, and increasingly popular.
Alongside these well-established traditions, a significant innovation has been introduced in recent years: the Children's Palio, held on Saturday afternoon. Strongly supported by the Historical Commission, with the invaluable contribution of Daniele Baldoni, this event represents a significant investment in the new generations, who will be called upon to preserve and pass on this tradition.
With the aim of optimally coordinating this process and with the trust placed in it by the districts, the Authority is committed to contributing with responsibility and vision to the continued growth of the event.
